AARO's Historical Record Report
Congress required AARO to review the government's UAP history from 1945 on. Volume 1 found no verifiable evidence that any UAP sighting was extraterrestrial technology, or of a hidden crash-retrieval program. It traced many claims to misidentified secret programs and to stories that spread through a small circle of people.
